BetMGM Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you") and BetMGM Pakistan ("BetMGM", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the betting, casino and gaming services available at betmgm-bangla.com.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account or placing any bet or wager on the BetMGM platform, you confirm without reservation that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This acceptance is a continuing obligation — your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms apply to all services available on BetMGM, including but not limited to: sports betting, live in-play betting, cricket betting, football betting, live casino, card games (including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar), fishing games, and any promotional or bonus offers issued by BetMGM.

02Eligibility & Registration

Access to BetMGM's betting and gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetMGM strictly prohibits access by minors and employs age verification procedures on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds held pending regulatory review.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate or business accounts are not permitted. Betting agents and syndicates are not permitted to operate through personal accounts.
• You may only hold one BetMGM account. Opening a second account — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances linked to duplicate accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current registration information. BetMGM reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you provide at any point during your membership.
• You must not be a current or former employee of BetMGM or any of its affiliate companies, nor a close family member of such an employee.

03Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BetMGM login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances — including family members, friends or colleagues.
• You must notify BetMGM immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• BetMGM will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep login details secure, or from your voluntary sharing of credentials with third parties.
• BetMGM strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, which is available at no cost through your account security settings.
• Any bet placed through your account while your credentials are logged in — regardless of whether you personally placed the bet — is your responsibility and will be settled as a valid wager.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All BetMGM transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though deposits above Rs 2,00,000 may require additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within minutes in most cases. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method-specific limits. BetMGM reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• No third-party payments: You may not deposit funds on behalf of another person or use a payment method that does not belong to you. Any third-party transactions detected will result in account suspension pending investigation.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the BetMGM platform, across all sports and betting markets:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until BetMGM's systems have accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued to your account. Bets displayed as "pending" are not yet confirmed.
• Minimum stake: Rs 200 per single selection. Accumulator bets require a minimum total stake of Rs 200 across all legs.
• Odds changes: BetMGM reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time BetMGM's system processes it, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Abandoned events: If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum time required for the result to stand (as defined by the relevant sport's governing body), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• Obvious errors: BetMGM reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published due to a system or human error that is clearly inconsistent with the fair market price at the time of the event. Bets that are more than 30% away from the correct market price at time of placement will be reviewed.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. BetMGM may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. A bet submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• Winnings cap: The maximum payout for a single bet or accumulator on BetMGM is Rs 50,00,000 regardless of the calculated return. Any portion exceeding this cap will not be paid.

06Bonuses & Promotions

BetMGM offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Welcome bonus: New members who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited to your account as bonus credit, not real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus credit must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10×) on sports betting markets with odds of 1.50 or higher before it can be converted to withdrawable balance. Casino bonus credit carries a 30× wagering requirement.
• Eligible markets: Wagering requirements cannot be met through bets on void/cancelled markets, certain low-margin markets as specified in individual bonus terms, or through hedged betting strategies designed to guarantee returns regardless of outcome.
• Expiry: All bonus credit and its associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus credit expires at the end of this period.
• One bonus per person: Only one welcome bonus per customer, household, IP address, payment method and device is permitted. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will all be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• BetMGM's right to withdraw: BetMGM reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, modify terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and refuse bonus eligibility to any member suspected of bonus abuse.

07Casino & Card Games

The following additional terms apply specifically to BetMGM's casino and card game products, including live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, baccarat, blackjack and all fishing games:

• All RNG (random number generator) games on BetMGM are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by BetMGM, the member or any third party.
• Live dealer games use physical dealing procedures streamed from certified studio environments. BetMGM cannot and does not alter live game outcomes.
• Disconnection during a live game round — whether due to your internet connection or BetMGM's systems — will not result in the cancellation of an active bet. If a game round was in progress, the result stands as determined by the game's outcome at the point of disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum stakes for each casino and card game table are displayed within the game lobby and may vary by table. Stake limits are subject to change at BetMGM's discretion.
• Casino bonus wagering and sports wagering requirements are separate — sports wagers do not contribute to casino bonus wagering requirements and vice versa, unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.

08Responsible Gaming

BetMGM is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every BetMGM account holder at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling period to increase.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out. Available in increments from 30 minutes to 12 hours.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from betting for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 weeks). Your account remains open but betting and deposits are suspended for the duration.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your BetMGM account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. A self-excluded member cannot reopen their account for a minimum of 6 months.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetMGM. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Accessing BetMGM using another person's account credentials, with or without their knowledge.
• Placing bets using insider information about the outcome of sporting events.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any technical tool to place bets, gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Match fixing or any collusion with athletes, officials or other parties to influence the outcome of an event on which bets are placed.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market (hedging) with the purpose of guaranteeing a return from bonus credit or promotional offers.
• Money laundering or using BetMGM for any financial activity that violates applicable Pakistani law.
• Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with BetMGM's platform software or security systems.

10Account Suspension & Closure

BetMGM reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Detection of suspicious betting patterns, multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• At the member's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, BetMGM will review the account balance and any open bets. Funds held in good standing will be returned to the member's verified payment method. Any funds linked to rule violations, bonus abuse or fraudulent activity may be forfeited pending investigation. Members may appeal account closure decisions by contacting support at support@betmgm-bangla.com.

Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. BetMGM may apply a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 200 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity charge is applied.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the BetMGM platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software code, game designs, odds data, sports statistics, text, graphics and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BetMGM or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any BetMGM content without express prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of BetMGM intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetMGM's total liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their account in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

BetMGM is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures or platform downtime not caused by BetMGM's gross negligence.
• Losses from bets placed on incorrect odds published due to data feed errors, provided BetMGM takes reasonable steps to identify and void such bets promptly.
• Any consequential, indirect or special damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
• Actions of third-party payment processors outside BetMGM's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits BetMGM's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury caused by BetMGM's direct negligence.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetMGM holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the BetMGM platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

For informal dispute resolution, we strongly encourage all members to contact BetMGM's support team in the first instance. The vast majority of account and betting disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours without the need for any formal process.

14Changes to These Terms

BetMGM reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a member — BetMGM will provide reasonable notice via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the platform homepage for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.
• An email notification to the registered email address on your account (where email marketing preferences permit).

Your continued use of the BetMGM platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with material changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.

Minor corrections such as typographical fixes, clarifications that do not alter meaning, and updates to contact information may be made at any time without prior notice.
